How is coffee bad for you?!

Question: How is coffee bad for you?
I read online about all the side effects, but that it also comes naturally from plants. How can it be so bad for you, if it's natural?

Answers:

No studies have ever shown that black coffee is bad for you if you're in good health and drink it in moderation.

There have been plenty of studies that show benefits from coffee (decaf is even better for you for some reason). Coffee has been shown to reduce your risk of certain cancers, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and Type II diabetes. Energy drinks have been shown to have contributed to (if not actually caused) the deaths of several people. It was banned in France for 12 years, until forced to allow it's sale by the EU.
