What is the difference between distilled, recycled, mineral, spring water?!
Today I walked passed my local grocery store and noticed that there were multiple types of water. I saw distilled water, recycled water, mineral water, and spring water. What are the differences between these various types? Amongst these types, which offers the greatest health benefits?

Mineral water and Spring water are the same thing; they both usually are bottled at the source of the water and are not cleaned to the extent that recycled water is which is essentally tap water
