It's a known fact that eating raw or rare tuna will intensify and create extremely vivid dream patterns. The low fat & high protein causes the brain to go into overdrive. Overall I would say that any sushi would contribute to a more vivid dream.
To assist you in falling asleep, go and pick up some "sleepy time" hot tea or "melotonin" at your local grocer or drug store.

Drinking milk helps you sleep better. (well to me) And I'm sure that you just have to think about what you want to dream about when you are trying to go to sleep.

but eating late or heavy foods after 4 pm is not good for your health later.
