likely it will be whatever the legal age to work in your area is
near me its 16... but to get a job at that age, you really have to show you can handel yourself well.
i should say the law is actually 14, but between 14-16 they limit the hours you can work per week, and you generally can't work past certain times at night.
You must be at least 16, but Starbucks prefers to hire people who have already graduated from high school.
