I think decent coffee from a portable stall at a fair or festival is a great idea, and enjoyed a really good cup at the Medieval Fayre in Ruislip during the summer. Nothing worse than the usual grotty vans selling the standard cans plus instant hot "crud" to drink from burning hot bendy plastic cups!! Go for it, seeing how well chains like Costa and Caffe Nero are doing these days!
