I try to drink lots of water each day but sometimes I get headaches and thought it maybe the days I drink it too fast…

Water intoxication and hyponatremia result when a dehydrated person drinks too much water without the accompanying electrolytes.

So if you weigh 200 pounds, you should drink 100 ounces of water. Remember, there is naturally occurring water in what we eat (vegetables,fruit) so many of us do get enough.
