What are the benefits of the different kinds of tea?!


Question: What are the benefits of the different kinds of tea?
What are the GOOD and BAD things about tea. I not talking about tea all together but different kinds like:
Black Tea
Green Tea
Mint Tea
Oolong Tea
White Tea
ETC.

Please help me because I really like tea and I would like to know.

Non herbal Tea is great to boost you metabolism, boost your immune system, help ward off many diseases.

The downside is that black tea does have some caffeine in it, but if you choose white tea it has much lower quantities of caffeine.

Herbal teas have so many different health benefits that it difficult to name them all, some will help your digestion, some help lower cholesterol, some are great to cure colds, others help you sleep, some increase your appetite while others help you curb it... I could just go on and on and on...

The great thing about tea is that there are so many varieties out there that there is bound to be one suited for everyone.
