How much water should I drink daily?!


Question: How much water should I drink daily?
The amount I usually drink daily is a gallon. I'm wondering if I should change that due to the fact that I am trying to lose weight. Should my intake be higher?

Enough to quench your thirst



It's recommended to drink 8 glasses, but heck, I can't do that lol. But lots of water allows moisture into the skin, and cleans the toxins out of the body, causing flawless skin.



The more the marrier, the more you drink the better your skin will look and the more moist it will stay. Rember your body is like 75% water. (well actually mine is like 70% sprite 5% water) I would say 2-3 bottles a day



if you drink too much water, you will become bloated. and make your stomach bigger ergo eat more.drink what you need. if you are doing sports or are in area of high heat sun drink a little more than normal.



if your an adult the recomended drinks of water is 8 cups of water each day ( 8 ounces ).. if your a tween or teen try about 5 cups a day

The doctor told me 8 glasses of 8oz. of water per day before 5 pm.
