Half and Half, milk ?!


Question: Half and Half, milk ?
Okay, so it's really cold out, and my mom won't turn the heat on till it stays below 45 for several days. I want hot cocoa, but I realized my dad forgot to pick up milk,. All we have is half and half. I know its unhealthy, but I have never drank it before, so if I have it just this time, will it be okay? And is it able to be used as a substitute?

1/2 and 1/2 is half milk, half cream is it not? i use it in my coffee every morning.

I'm no nutritionist or dietitian... But I was raised to take lemons and make lemonaid :)

lol I kid you not, I've had instant mashed potatoes with coffee creamer, and substituted spaghetti sauce with ketchup... I never said I was proud..

dont do the half and half. It wont taste as good but water works. It will taste better using water vs half and half
