Red Bull Energy Drink?!


Question: Red Bull Energy Drink?
If you drink a 16 fl oz can of Red Bull how long will you energy last if you drink the entire can in a half hour, also is it ok for 14year olds to drink enery drinks like red bull, monster, 5 hour energy shots etc? Thankk yu

Well i can answer the second question, usually it isn't recommended because of it's high amounts of caffeine. I'm 15, and i don't drink it, but i guess if you're sleep deprived and really need it then..
But i generally don't recommend it, it's pretty bad for you.
