Not a friggin thing would happen because I wouldn't. If your boyfriend managed to get it down then whatever was going to happen has already happened. I had a friend turn up a container some spoiled milk from the fridge and after that first lump hit his throat, it was all over. The end result was that he does a better of job of monitoring the items in his fridge.
People used to drink milk unpasteurized and almost directly out the udder. There will be no long term health consequences from him drinking sour milk unless something is wrong with his immune system. And if there is, then you should be concerned about him being your boyfriend.
as long as it is not sour then it is OK to drink. I find if milk in in plastic bottles it turns much quicker than in bottles, I still have milk delivered by a milkman and live in the heart of London.Is your milk still delivered?
I'd expect a lot of gas and explosive diarrhea. Have him sleep alone for the next couple of days
