Fill a glass most of the way with water. Squeeze a Meyer lemon into it. Add some ice and drink.
Meyer lemons are sweeter than the Eureka lemons you get in the market.
Hi: I use juice from one whole fresh lemon, fill glass with ice and add about 2 cups cold water - add superfine sugar to taste (must use this - regular granulated suger doesn't dissolve well in cold water).
Add more water if too sour, as it all depends on the size of the lemon you are using. You can also use artificial sweetener to taste if you need sugar free - I prefer Truvia brand.
