I drank Dark Dog Energy Drink and my head started to hurt every morning?!

Question: I drank Dark Dog Energy Drink and my head started to hurt every morning?
I'm 13 years old, I don't have a high blood pressure, I'm not those kids who eat sweets like mad, but I drank a Dark Dog Energy Drink (Lots of caffeine) and my head has been starting to hurt like hell every morning.
I get up and I feel nothing, until I come to my Classrom at about 8 AM the pain starts..
Neither I have Sinusitis, because I don't even sneeze or feel my own scum. I've got to take an Aspirin or Ibuprofen every morning which is bad because they're drugs... and sometimes even that doesn't help too much, it reduces the pain, and at about 7 PM it stops.
I'm constantly drinking Soda or drinks like Pepsi so I doubt it could be because of low percent of water...
What it is?

You are at age 13, already becoming addicted to caffeine - the most commonly used drug in our society!! Pepsi, Coke and any other cola drinks and some other sodas also have caffeine in them - sometimes a lot - and TONS of sugar.. so you ARE a kid who "eats sweets like mad" if you drink soda pop. Your headaches are probably the result of a) an "after caffeine crash", and b) perhaps also not enough water: any drink with caffeine in it, will cause you to pee more - so you lose more water than you take in!!

My advice: cut out caffiene and sodas completely - go cold turkey. Drink water, juice (but only natural fruit juice, not the other fake ones, which are mostly just flavored sugar-water), and you can start trying herbal teas: peppermint, for example, tastes NICE and perks you up also - a couple of cups of peppermint tea in the morning can really help you stay focused in school.

There is one easy way to tell if you are getting enough water (and again, energy drinks and sodas don't count...): your pee should be almost clear: if it is more than just a bit yellow, you need more water. This will give you much more energy, believe me!!

Finally (for now at least!), make sure you get enough sleep: at your age you need at least a SOLID 8 hours per night - any less and you will not be as alert and full of energy as you could be. Teenagers actually need more sleep than 10 year-olds, because your brain and body are growing and changing so quickly that they need extra sleep time for repair and renewal and growth.

I am sure if you put this advice to work, in a couple of weeks you will be feeling MUCH better!!!

University courses in this kind of thing, and i practice what i preach. At age 55 i still have more energy than most kids do.

i think its just cause your brain is use to the energy drinks and alot of suger so sometimes after a coupole hours your brain tends to "crash" and you get all dissey. try gatoraide or something that doesnt have too much sugur?
good luck :D
