Seltzer- Carbonated water.
Club Soda- Carbonated water with Sodium Bicarbonate added ( Baking Soda )
Tonic Water- Carbonated water with Quinine and sugar added. The quinine is bitter that is why they add the sugar. Originally used to treat Malaria symptoms.

Club soda and seltzer water are carbonated. Club soda contains more sodium. All three can be used in mixed drinks. Seltzer water is used for making really good ice cream sodas.
