Who first thought up how to obtain milk from cows....or thought that there would be something in there?

That question can't be answered. Humans have been taking milk from animals since before written records.
It's obvious milk is in there. All you have to do is watch a baby nurse it's momma to see the milk.
Some lil' kid probably was petting the cow and then discovered the udder....leading to a revolution of milk
I honestly don't know.
Some human was just curious enough to wonder why the calf kept going back for more.
