it has vitamins so its good but it doesnt have the best taste

my personal experience with my drink tasting skills

Bad for you? That's debatable. Misleading? Yes. Vitamin Water has recently topped numerous "Worst Drinks" lists. Why? The sugar in most original Vitamin Water flavors is equivalent to the sugar in most soft drinks (Coke, Pepsi, etc.). Plus, most of the vitamins in the Vitamin Water itself aren't easily absorbed into your body at all. It's pretty much just hype. You think you're going healthy when all your pretty much drinking is uncarbonated soda. Vitamin Water has tried to improve its image by going with the "Zero" line which is sweetened by stevia. However, it is really debatable whether or not the vitamins in the Vitamin Water are even being absorbed by your body to begin with. If you're drinking Vitamin Water for the vitamins you're better off going to get a multi-vitamin supplement.

Water with vitamins; sounds harmless right? Wrong. One serving (about half of a bottle) has around 13 grams of sugar (the equivalent of 2 doughnuts) they sell for around 2 and a half bucks; why waste your money on sweet water with a couple of vitamins. Just skip it and drink water

You would be better off drinking real water and eating fruit and veg to get your vitamins - rather than a bottle full of artificial ingredients.

it's pretty much drinking straight cordial

it's not going to kill you, but it has no real health benefits

the yellow ones good with vodka :)

Of course not, it has vitamins..
