The real question is why you keep drinking this stuff every weekend when you know it hurts your body.
And nothing is really wrong with these drinks if you have them in moderation, like just one a day. But it sounds like you are drinking a dozen or more of these. And at this point in time even one may not be recomended for you.
Go off the caffine drinks for a week or so. You may even develop a headache or two as you are actually withdrawing from a low-level drug. And if you drink coffee or tea or coke go off those too.
I'm sure you will feel much better, think and sleep well in only a week or so.
I bet your friends feel crappy too, so it would be great if you could all drink something a bit better for your bodies.
And if you smoke, the nicotine will also affect you as caffine and nicotine are both stimulants. It's pretty silly to see a bunch of guys hanging around getting all "wired" from caffine overload. And you are much more likely to say or do something stupid in that condition.
So cut down, better still stop caffine drinks completely, and if your friends want to continue that's there decision. But if they are more or less expecting you to continue drinking so many caffine drinks each weekend, I'm sure there are better groups of friends to hang with each weekend.

Caffeine is a stimulant so there are side effects to that, such as sleeplessness.

But caffeine is also a diuretic (water loser) so if you drink a 250 ml glass of a coffee or cola or energy / caffeine drink then you lose 350 ml urinating or other ways eg sweating whereas if you drank a 250 ml glass of water you will lose about the same (*this is based on just being you and does not include other things like going to the gym or other sweat inducing things or eating salty foods which tend to hold onto water)

Your body is trying to tell you something. Caffeine is bad for you. It not only screws up your sleep, you get dependent on it and have to have it to maintain normal consciousness. It is a diuretic and speeds up elimination processes, makes your bowels and bladder hyperactive. Your kidneys are awake all night too. It makes you eat more too, leading to obesity. All around there isn't much good about caffeine.

Caffeine is a stimulant, it can cause you to stay up, messing with your sleeping patterns, detracting from the amount of sleep you get, causing drowsiness, lower functioning of immune system, can cause headaches, dry eyes, dry mouth, dizziness, lower brain/motor functioning, sleep is important, and caffeine isn't necessarily the worst thing in the world but there's no reason in over doing it.

Caffeine is a stimulate which is why your sleeping is messed up, but any caffeinated beverage also causes you to store fat and it spikes your insulin and blood sugar levels so it can make you feel pretty crappy.

Because all of the caffeine and acid is not good for you. It can make you feel bloated and completely unhealthy because it is unhealthy. Stick to juice or water.

Drink water man, if not water, try mineral water or juice(:

change your friends if that's all you do or add water to dilute.
