is cold tea as healthy as hot tea?!

Question: Is cold tea as healthy as hot tea?
hey, i love drinking my tea, all sorts of types green black herbal fruit flavored and chamomile
all without sugar and milk.
i boil about 3 bags into a milkshake glass about 2 and a half cup sized*
then extract it all for about 5-10 mins then put it in the freezer for about 40 mins,
i know that tea is very healthy but is it just as healthy iced cold? because i hate it warm or hot,
and could you please provide different health benefits for black and green tea,
thank you

cold tea is better because its refreshing and your body has to work to break it down because it is cold and you r body is hot so you burn more calories drinking cold but hot tea is always good for colds or headaches

LIFE!

Think about how things work.
The heat for instance helps to open your nasal passages as you drink it right?
Then think about what is in the tea, the herbs are at their best when heated, but will die out as they burn off.
It's kinda common sense.
I could be totally wrong, but it makes sense to me.

I wouldn't boil the tea, if you want a cold drink.
Add it to cold water, milk whatever, and drink that.
Chamomile is a great herb, so is echinacea, so is valerian, but that work best when heated, or the body while digesting heats it up.
They lose all properties when heated, then cooled, the taste is there, but valerian is not a great taste to begin with, healthy, but not a winner in the smell off.

Good Luck.
"not healthy to drink boiled out and chilled (killed) nutrients."

No, cold tea is not as healthy as hot tea because tea is always eaten hot. It should always be eaten hot but not hot enough to burn your internal organs. If it is eaten cold, it harms your body, because of its temperature.

Personal Experience
