is the jack lalanne juicer really the best?!

i would really like to purchase a good quality juicer. i have seen and read the reviews about the jack lalanne juicer and they seem to be very good, but it is made out to be the best juicer on the planet. jacks juicer has 250 watts and i have seen another one that is a bit more expensive, i dont mind that, and it has 700 watts. does this difference in watts make one juicer better than the other or should i not be concerned with this? i really want a juicer that takes the whole fruit, although i dont mind doing a little chopping and slicing, and i want the pulp to not be so wet once the juicing has stopped.

can anybody help me in this. the other juicer that i have seen is a Philips Professional Aluminium Juicer.
