A question about grape juice?!

Question: A question about grape juice?
Apparently grape juice is very good for your heart in helping to keep your arteries open. I have got some red grape juice from Tesco that is red grape juice not from concentrate, whatever that means. But it was only 85p. It seems to good too be true being such a low price. So I did some searching and I found that there is organic grape juice that is nearly 4 pound, much more expensive than the grape juice from Tesco. But what is the difference? What does "not from concentrate" mean and is the red grape juice from Tesco still the same as other red grape juice? How come the organic is much more expensive?

Organically produced foods are more expensive to make. There is more waste in the fields and the materials are not as cheap as mass produced fertilizers. They are also more expensive because people will pay more for it. Since they are more expensive the tend to be better taken care of.

Nutritionally the differences aren't important. Not from concentrate means just that. Most juices are dehydrated where the plants are grown then shipped to bottling locations where it is mixed with water. It's a way of saving on the shipping costs of the water present in the fruit. Not from concentrate means it was bottled whole, not dehydrated then rehydrated. Not from concentrate juices taste less cooked and bland.

Organic is more expensive because its better, they don't add artificial ingredients. If you are drinking it for your health you can also get that health from wine and also there are vitamins with the health in them too. Red wine pills and no they wont give you a buzz
