Coffee ie. Lattees, Blended Drinks
Suggary drinks ie. anything loaded with sugar, Dr. Pepper, Sprite remix...

The first in list are the energy drinks ( Monster, Full Throttle, Red Bull) and soft drinks ( Coca Cola Mountain Dew, Dr Pepper) Any energy drink who says proudly High in caffeine for more alertness, it does have a lot of caffeine! Please beware of those. Those that say high in caffeine levels are up to 280mg per 8 ounces.
The second from the list is Coffee! A well brewed coffee mug would have from 45 to 170 mg per 5 ounces of coffee. And the fancy ones from the shop can be up to 206MG.
Third and last one is Tea! Although Tea is not a very popular drink like in the old days, Tea can range up to 120Mg of caffeine per 8oz.
