Machines to heat water for tea?!

Question: Machines to heat water for tea?
My roommate had one in college and I love it I just don't know what it was called. It was just black and had one gray button on the top that you pressed and it heated water. It took less than 30 seconds to heat it.

Answers:

Hot water dispensers heat water then keep it hot. Look for one called Hot Shot made by Sunbeam if you want a small one. Or get an electric kettle.

mine is a cordless electric kettle. there's a base that plugs in and the kettle which is cordless sits on the base. it heats up to boiling and turns off..then you pour the boiling water over your tea.

That sounds like a little 16-ounce water heater. Wal-Mart sells them cheaply as a combination coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine.

They are called water heaters and are sold in any home electronics shop.

A kettle?
