8-10. It's got lots of caffeine. I don't know the amount, but it's about 4 cups of coffee. Most people who drink them, drink a few a night, not just 1.

People drink a lot of coffee, like my parents. My dad may have 4-6 cups a day. But, some people have at least 3 energy drinks a day, which is about a dozen cups of coffee.

Actually, it isn't the greatest thing in the world for you. It does contain B Vitamins which are essential to good health. Unfortunately, Monster dumps 54 grams of sugar (13.5 teaspoons) of sugar into their drink. Not to mention it can have upwards of 200 calories per can. The caffeine content is 160 milligrams per can, which is 20 milligrams less than an 8 ounce cup of Starbucks Brewed Coffee.

Everything Considered, I would give it a 5 or 6. You can drink it, just drink it in moderation. And make sure to exercise to burn off those calories.

well some energy drinks contain as much caffeine as found in 14 cans of soda. And caffeine has unwanted side affects. The sugar in them can cause your risk of diabetes to go up too. They also can raise your blood pressure. Like most things, they are ok in small amounts, but not if you are going to be drinking them often or a large amount at once. so I would say about a 6.5 to 7.
