To dry or not to dry?!
I want to make lavender tea but i want to know if it matters if i dry the lavender first the brew the tea with it like that or make the tea with the lavender still fresh (im growing lavender)??

Just make it clean and dry in the sun. The scented tea is always not so dry.
Dry the lavender, then what you don't use will keep a long time. Put the clippings in a brown paper bag and fold over the top and clip it shut. Shake the bag every day. When they are dry keep in a glass jar tightly sealed. Drying condenses the flavors...
The only way you'll really taste the lavender is if you dry it out first.
