i'd start with a cup, and slowly add more to taste. remember you can't remove the sugar but you can always add more.
Depends on your idea of really good. I prefer tea with no sugar at all. Put in a few tablespoons of sugar, mix it in till it's dissolved, and see if it's sweet enough for you. If not, put in more sugar.
How do we know. Your tastes are different than ours. Add a little at a time and taste as yu go. Or sweeten each glass as you drink it.
