Actually it's not that much, but do it gradually.
Reduce by 1/2 cup. Do thyat for a couple days or a full week. Then go down another half a cup. Pretty simple,
If you make the coffee yourself, it's easy. Just start blending a little decaf into the grounds each time. Do it slowly enough so that you don't notice a difference--your body will gradually get used to less caffeine.
When you can drink mostly decaf without a problem you can either leave it at that or start drinking less coffee in general. Getting rid of decaf coffee won't make you irritable, tired or any of the other side effects of getting rid of caffeine cold turkey.
well insted of drinking 3 to 4 cups of coffee she should try one 5 hour energy drink and she'll be good for the day
Switch her to decaf, then it wont matter.
