Is drinking vitamin water just as good as regular water?!


Question: Is drinking vitamin water just as good as regular water?
I know vitamin water has a lot of calories. But would it serve the same perpose health wise?

well i cant imagine vitamin water having that many calories and im sure it would be better for you health wise because it has vitamins and regular water doesnt
