what are side affects to drinking coffee?!
i stared having coffee every once in a while and every time i do i feel like crap after wards. is this something all the coffee drinkers suck up or does coffee just not agree with me?

Coffee is a diuretic, it makes you go to the bathroom frequently. It can give you jitters, headaches, maybe a stomach cramp.
Coffee gives you energy now, but makes you crash later.
