Does Milk retain or lose its nutritional value when used in Caffeine beverages ?!

Question: Does Milk retain or lose its nutritional value when used in Caffeine beverages ?
i.e in tea or coffee

Answers:

I would assume that it wouldn't. For cold beverages with caffeine it'd be like making chocolate milk. Yu get all the goodies of milk, plus the sugar and goodies that chocolate contains. (Chocolate actually does have some health benefits). As for a hot drink, like a Starbucks hot latte, I would assume you keep the benefits, except the flavor will be different. How ever if you heat it over 180 degrees Fahrenheit it does burn the milk making it more bitter. So all in all, it shouldn't, caffeine has no real affect on milk.
