Question: Why Juice powder does not dissolve in water?
i am working in a catering company and we got a new juice powder brand, the expiring date is good but the powder doesn't dissolve in water, we used mineral water two but it didn't work, any idea how to fix this problem

Heat the powder in some water in a sauce pan until it dissolves then dilute it to desired concentration.
