Dangers of fizzy drinks?!

Question: Dangers of fizzy drinks?
I have around 2-3 cans of Pepsi each day for the past year or so, I never get fat or feel unwell, also I have perfect teeth, is there a reason because of this? What could it be doing? I enjoy them and have never really throught about the risks of them.

high blood pressure, and fat deposits on your liver and organs.

it's like drinking alcohol, but without the buzz.

just google 'high fructose corn syrup' it will be listed as something diffrent on the list of ingrediants depending on your country. but it will give you some idea of what your doing to yourself.

I'm guessing that you're still young and have a great metabolism.
Unfortunately as you get older, your system won't be able to process all that excess sugar and you'll start to gain weight, probably develop diabetes. Also, your body is probably addicted to the sugar/caffeine and will result in headaches and lethargy once you stop.

Pepsi and other colas are also bad for your stomach lining. they are acidic and in time can promote ulcers.

You should switch to something more natural like teas and pure juices "not from concentrate"

If you eat well, and brush your teeth, there's no reason you shouldn't drink fizzy drinks. It's actually just the sugar and additives people are worried about, but it's actually nothing to worry about.

Be afraid of pepsi only when someone throws a full can at your head.

Well, there are 8 teaspoons of sugar in every can of Pepsi. If this doesn't bother you, I guess you can drink all of it you want to.

Doing so can lead to Dental Erosion , I have at least 1-3 Bottles of Lucozades every day , also if you are worried about the Caffeine consumption then you should be fine.

I drink fizzy drinks with every meal, or atleast try and do so.. almost 30 now and feel good without that belly.. so go on and have 'em all you want :)
