Why does white milky water come out of the hot tap sometimes?!


Question: Why does white milky water come out of the hot tap sometimes?
I was making coffee & noticed white-ish water? coming out this morning I was wondering what it is.

for me, it happens when a lot of air is in the lines

Is is lots and lots of teeny tiny air bubbles.

been using hot water all my life lol
