Why do I do this when I drink?!
When I have a hot drink like a coffee, tea or hot chocolate (coz I like them all :L) I always have to drink a cold glass of water after it. Im the only person that I know who does this, why is this? Do you do it or know anyone who does? Lol thanks

I do it, too. Fancy coffee shops in Europe always serves iced water with their coffee, no questions asked. Coffee and tea actually dehydrates you, if you are thirsty, reach for water, not the other stuff!
I don't do this and know of no one else that does. I personally don't find anything wrong at all with drinking a cold glass of water after having hot coffee, tea or hot chocolate. I'll give it go tomorrow and see if there's something to it!
