Is it healthier to drink water that contains electrolyte rather than water that has been filtered?!

Question: Is it healthier to drink water that contains electrolyte rather than water that has been filtered?
l drink water quite a bit when l am at the gym and l have read the terms about water intoxication and if it is caught early, you will be put on an IV drip full of electrolyte to recover. So is water with electrolytes really the best?

Answers:

When you sweat, you lose more than just water (eg. salt). Drinks that contain electrolytes will replenish those lost minerals. So for just drinking everyday, regular water is good, but if you are sweating a lot, drink some electrolyte water.

If you have been sweating, the water containing electrolytes is healthier for you. Otherwise, drink the filtered water.
