why does my keurig coffee maker make small cups and then really big cups when i only ask for a middle sized 1?!

Question: Why does my keurig coffee maker make small cups and then really big cups when i only ask for a middle sized 1?
Got it, makes a wonderful cup of coffee, but now it keeps making a really small cup, the stream of coffee is weak, and then the next cup it makes the largest size possible, even when turned off/unplugged. Any one know why this happens and how to fix it?

Sounds like you have hard water. Use some limeaway.

Then only use distilled water with it from now on otherwise you're going to ruin your coffee maker.
