If you don't want any then none would be the best answer. I'm a total caffeine addict and drink maybe 5 cups of coffee a day on average and that isn't including my caffeine intake from diet coke and cups of tea. Not good.

I've heard that 3 caffeinated drinks (i.e. coffee) is ok per day if you really must.
