There are many misconceptions surrounding sports drinks, such as Gatorade and PowerAde. Research these drinks, and write a short report discussing the pros and cons of such drinks. Well i know sports drinks are great if you are actually playing a sport because they have electrolytes. If you aren't playing a sport, they can sometimes cause you to gain weight :(
