around 300 mg
but it depends how the coffee was brewed
3 cups of coffee is really too much for me to handle.

It all depends on the roast. The darker the roast, the less caffeine. It is that simple.

A french roast has less caffeine than a medium roast. Just look at the coffee can label. It will tell you what roast it is.

Managed a Starbucks owned Seattle's Best Cafe' for 3 years

Cup of coffee depending on size has 90-150 mg
Instant coffee depending on size has 60-80 mg

So, 270mg-450mg
or instant would have 180mg-240mg
