how long does it take ginger ale to stop fizzing?!
i hate how when i pour ginger ale into a glass to help when i have a stomach aches it fizzes and pops all over the place at the top. when i go to drink it somealways does this in my eye and then i need to take tylenol because 2 things in my body are now hurt. how long should i wait so that this doesnt happen and i can have peace with this?

Your actual time will vary quite a bit based on several factors: temperature of the drink, how fresh the drink is, if you've shaken it in the past, etc. I would suggest gently shaking or swirling the bottle with the lid open (not a full bottle, mind you. Maybe about 1/3 empty). Or if its from a can, pour it into a glass and stir it for a few minutes. This will help the decarbonization process go a little quicker.
