Can i overdose on caffeine?!

Question: Can i overdose on caffeine?
I am in college and i am a huge coffee and energy drink person. I am an 18 year old girl and i weigh 123 lbs. So for the past week, i have been drinking like 2 full throttle energy drinks a day, and for the past couple days i have been extremely sleepy, hot, and have headaches all of a sudden. I don't know if it is the energy drinks doing this or what, but i am getting concerned. I heard that i would have to drink 53 cans of full throttle to die from it, but i didn't know if that was 53 cans over a certain period of time, or 53 cans in one day.

Oh my gosh, too much caffeine is EXTREMELY bad for you. My mom likes diet mountain dew so much. One day she had coffee in the morning, a treat at starbucks later and then a diet mountain dew. She was going to grab another one when after she took a sip she started feeling funny. Overdose of caffeine is VERY bad. It's dangerous. Even if you don't have enough to kill you it's bad for your health. Stick to only one energy drink a day and maybe a cup of coffee.

Caffiene can give you headaches, even if you aren't drinking too much anyways. You're having way too much caffeine anyways.

No you can't drink 53 cans a day or you will be dead. Energy drinks are high in sugar and caffeine. It is okay to drink up to 5 cans a day and your heart will not be affected much. But 53 cans will result in severe caffeine overdose and your heart will beat rapidly. Well... if you get angry at something while having 53 times the sugar and caffeine in your body, your heart will explode.

Yes you can overdose on caffeine just like you can overdose on any other drug.

It would take the equivalent of over ten cups of coffee in one hour but yes it can happen. I would recommend that you don't drink energy drinks at all as they are very bad for you but at least cut down to only one per day.

yep its the energy drinks do u feel like you wont caffeine all the time to ? looks like you are addicted.
