What does it mean when juice says "from concentrate"? Is it worse than regular juice? If yes, then how so?

It is regular juice, its just that from-concentrate means the fruit is squeezed, the water is extracted, which produces a concentrated form similar to that you see in the frozen food department. At a later time the water is added back in and the juice is pasteurized and packaged.

When juice is from concentrate it means that is not 100% real juice. There will be added sugars and chemicals. If you want real juice you have to make sure it says "100% real juice" not "100% real juice from concentrate". It is more expensive to buy real juice but much more healthy.

it means it is concentrated.. as in the water is removed from it so the remains are the pure juice itself.. thats why u need to add water.. and no.. it is not bad.. its just the same

When there is also pulp in the juice
