Ive been tired in the morning what will wake me up more orange juice or coffee?!

Question: Ive been tired in the morning what will wake me up more orange juice or coffee?
Wat it says up there =D

Answers:

An ice cold orange juice, in a big glass. This will not only wake you up, it will hydrate you and give you higher energy levels. This is what your body needs, after sleeping. As sleeping makes you dehydrated, that is a big part of the reason why people feel tired when they wake up. So try a cool orange juice, and a peice of fruit. If possible, a shower (any temperture). The shower will send a shock through your body which creates the nerves to respond quicker, thefore, you will for more energised, awake, and healthier. If not a shower, Splashing your face with cold water and washing your hands will have the same effect as a sower will have, but just a little bit less. Bright lights can help also. Breathing excersises will also wake you up. Try taking deep breaths and holding in your lungs three times. Small breaths will only increase the tiredness, so make sure they are big breaths. try this as soon as you wake up, followed by the cold juice, then the water

No sugar added apple juice is best. You wont have the crash of sugar from the OJ or the nervous jitters from the caffeine in coffee. Continue w/the no sugar added apple juice during the day or better yet, munch on an apple. It really does work. I do it myself.

Orange juice and breakfast. Eat potatoes they provide energy

obviously coffee cuz it has caffeine

Go to bed earlier.
Coffee works, but orange juice will work better.

orange juice always seems to wake me up but coffee does it a bit better

you should drink a Little bit of both
