No doubt it has it's benefits Skycat, particularly as a stimulant but like everything else too much is not good.
Although coffee gets a bad rap, it’s actually a medicinal food. In fact, this stimulating bean isn’t nearly so bad as we’ve all been taught. Although I’m skeptical about grande latte supplementation in the long run (it’s a drug, after all), I found myself surprised by much of the science on coffee. Poor Ponce de Leon; all this time he should have been searching for the espresso machine.

If it makes you jittery and sick to your stomach, stick to a milder pick-me-up like green tea or yerba mate. But if that morning cup makes you feel awake, alive and eager to greet the day, you might as well indulge (in moderation) in the world’s most well-loved drink.

nope, it's bitter, it stains your teeth, dehydrates you, can make you nervous or jittery if it's caffinated and (if it's caffinated) can lead to a dependency. You can get headaches from not having it if you become dependant on it. Some people also experience loose bowels after drinking coffee, and caffinated coffee can leech calcium from your bones. If you add alot of sugar and cream it can also contribute to weight gain.
YES its soooo good! Its great when you get up or anytime, also good with alcohol in it, you can't go wrong.
Actually studies show that they're antioxidants in coffee which are good for you.

it does not taste good unless you put milk or cream and sugar in it, then thats more of an acquired taste, meaning you learn to like it over time but you might not right away
Define "good". I enjoy the taste-others find it horrible or only tolerable with large amounts of sweetener and fat added.
As for healthy, as with so many other things the key is moderation.
