how to supply pure drinking water for all indians?!

Gather all Indians and give life to the Project for connecting all the rivers in India (which is gathering dirt for decades since Independence),and also purifying Ganga River, so that each and every citizen of India will get pure Ganga Jal. Till then if you can ensure and let the people drink usual Corporations tap water which comes once in a while.
