When brewing green tea using loose leaves, should I stir the leaves before leaving them to brew, or only...?!

Question: When brewing green tea using loose leaves, should I stir the leaves before leaving them to brew, or only...?
...after they've finished brewing?

Usually I pour the hot water on the leaves, cover the teapot, wait 2 minutes and then stir them before pouring out the tea. But should I also stir them before I leave them to brew (ie. right after I've poured on the hot water)?

You can stir them if you want

I usually do this:
wait till water cools down to 60-70C, put leaves into teapot, put water in teapot, stir leaves, immediately remove water, put water in again, wait 4-7 minutes, move the ready tea from teapot into cup.

The first "empty" infusion is not supposed to be done for green teas but I didn't find it affecting the tea taste however some people suggest that it can help remove pesticides or other bad stuff that can be residing on tea leaves.

Well it really makes no difference, it depends on how you like it...
some people somtimes dont stir it at all. But stiring the water and
leaves makes the tea have a stronger flavour, this can be good or
bad so choose one of the choices...and enjoy,

I really really hope that I have helped you
xoxoxo enjoy!
