Question: Can i make Milk Tea without black tea?
could i use green tea? will it taste the same?

It will not taste the same because black tea and green tea have different, distinct flavors. Hong Kong styled milk tea traditionally uses black tea, but you can also use jasmine tea (other Asian cultures often use this tea for their rendition on milk tea)

Of course, you can try it. It might taste good.
