Well. son... I understand your quote but if I'm wrong please let me know! Between who has the more juice content you must look carefully on the product. Every product must say its percentage of real fruit like for example there are some juice boxes that say 100% real fruit juice so those are well... all fruit juice ( if 10oz pouch, then 10oz are real fruit juice), but those who say 10% real juice( Normally near the bottom of the product) means that from a 10oz juice box, 1oz is real fruit juice and the rest is water, sugar, colorings etc. There are even products that even say no real fruit juice in the bottom even though the bottle its called Berry Explosion!
