I'm in the same boat as yourself at the moment. I've made my own espresso for the past year and a half, completely hooked now.

Only two cons. I have problems with are;

1. Withdraw; I have terrible, terrible withdraw when I haven't had my fix. I go insane, honestly.
2. Staining; my teeth are horrid. Also being a smoker, you can imagine what state they are in.

That's the only two problems I really suffer with. :)

Too much coffee can lead to high blood pressure and that can lead to all sorts of problems down the road. You can also run into withdrawl during weekends.

I used to drink coffee all day during a working day. I had 140/100. Cut it down to 3-4 cups in the morning and switch to tea after that. Within a month or two I was down to a 120/80 again.

It can stain your teeth and cause you to develop a caffeine addiction. Try going a day without coffee, if you get a headache it means you're probably addicted and should begin a process that will end up in limiting your consumption to one cup a day.

i drink coffee a lot too!! it's really rottening my teeth..
