What is better to work for starbucks or safeway?!

A quick comparison based on my knowledge of both jobs (in Alberta, Canada):
Starbucks Pros: Easier, lighter atmosphere, free product
Safeway Pros: Top rate after 4 years is 19.30/hr, opportunity for advancement, professional atmosphere
Starbucks cons: If you want to move up, you can pretty much only be a starbucks operator, wage is lower than Safeway significantly
Safeway Cons: Pressured, Stressful, they don't "guarantee" any minimum hours per week
My opinion, if you want a JOB, pick starbucks
If you want a CAREER, pick Safeway
I don't know how much your salary or raises are compared to Starbucks, but their employees certainly seem happier than Safeway employees, including those behind the counter. A good atmosphere and people to work and/or interact with will always be worth at least a little less in pay unless you seriously need every bit.
Part of any change would be how secure and/or long-lasting either job would be, plus a comparison of benefits, transportation, hours, ability to "rise" in the company, etc., too though if those matter.
Safeway is better
