According to other answers on here, the number one reason it is not as common as you might think is because it's hard to clean afterward. Also, it apparently isn't as good as it sounds. Also, according to other answers posted on a similar topic, your best bet is to make a small strong brew and mix it with hot(microwaved) milk.
